Clubs are the focal point for the community’s recreation and activities programs. Club membership provides opportunities for camaraderie, education, social interaction and the development of interests and friendships. The numerous clubs of Sun City Anthem address a wide variety of interests, viewpoints and pursuits.
The Board of Directors grants charters to groups of residents with common interests who wish to come together to pursue hobbies, recreational activities, and social, educational and cultural endeavors. The process for chartering a club is outlined in Board documents and final approval by the SCA Board of Directors is required. Clubs may establish annual dues.
No group which sets or implies a precondition of any kind for membership will be granted a charter. Clubs are open to all Sun City Anthem Community Association members without discrimination according to race, religion, color, ethnic culture, national heritage or sexual orientation.
